The Company is mainly providing Gamma Radiographic Testing for Gas Pipeline Weld Joints for various LPG Bottling Plants Oil storage Tanks and Projects in and around the Country.

Industrial X-Ray

It is portable easy to operate with 220 Volt AC. It has 5 MA- 200 / 250 KV as Capacity. The X-Ray energy Directional & Panoramic will penetrate up to 25mm in Steel thickness. Suitable for Radiographic Inspection on Nuclear power Project weld joint, vacuum chamber weld joint, Gas Pipeline weld joint, Hydro power project Penstock pipeline weld joints. The weight of the X-Ray Tube is 20 Kg. Obtain excellent Radiographs while X-Raying Aluminum Aerospace components, Turbo Engine parts, Automobile Engine housing, Diesel Engine Hub, Blades and Piston having thickness up to 100 mm.

Gammaray: Iridium– 192 Source.

Iridium-192 Radioactive Isotope is a remotely operating exposure Device, portable, easy to work in field Radiography with a capacity of 20 Curie in strength. Suitable for Gas Pipe Line weld joints, Oil storage Tanks, Pressure vessel weld joint, Penstock pipeline weld joints. Designed by Board of Radiation and Isotope Technology, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, and Approved by Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Mumbai, India.Radiation effect: Exposure in open field or in shop floor requires a minimum of 120 feet Cordon off Area while using Iridium-192 Source. No unauthorized personnel should enter the exposure field and there should not be any occupancy in and around the area. Radiation Barr Caution Tape and Symbols has to be displayed.

Ultrasonic Inspection On Welded Joint

EINSTEIN-II TFT is a digital display portable instrument operates with 12 Volt-DC. Battery Stand by time 8 hours. The Instrument has Single & Dual Probe connection. Suitable for Field Inspection on Petroleum Pipeline welded joints, LPG Bottling plant welded Joints, Penstock Pipeline welded joints and Steel Plates having thickness up to 75 mm. For weld joint Inspection and Plate scanning, 4 MHZ is the best Frequency.However, components having thickness above 75 mm can be scanned using, 2.25 MHZ Single Normal probe. 200 Inspection memories can be saved and transferred to Computer system.

Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement On Pipes

Ultrasonic thickness measuring instrument COMPU–T operates with 6 Volts DC by Pulsecho is a Digital display model. Measures material wall thickness from 1.5 mm-100 mm. Suitable for measuring the Thickness of LPG Bottling Plant Gas Pipe Line, Petroleum Pipe Line, Oil Tank, Off Shore Platform Plates, Elbow, Tube, Dish knuckle radius and Casting neck area.

Magnetic Particle Inspection On Welds

YOKE METHOD FOR WELDED JOINTSIt is portable, easy to operate, works with 220 volt AC. Suitable for Pipeline welded joint and Hydraulic Piston Rods. Wet method, Dry method and Fluorescent Inspection can be done. Ultra violet Ray can also be included while doing wet method Inspection. Thickness is not a criteria for this method. Surface defects with in 1 mm Depth can be detected.PROD METHOD FOR CASTINGSIt is Magnaflux designed instrument, works with 440V AC and 1500 Ampere capacity. Suitable for Large and high thickness Butterfly Valve Castings, Dish, Plates and Forged components, Wet method, Dry method and Fluorescent Inspection can be done. Thickness is not a criteria for this Inspection. Surface defects with in 5mm depth can be detected.

Liquid / Dye Penetrant Testing On Welds

Magnaflux brand Aerosol container solvent / washable penetrant can be used to spray on the surface of the Ferrous and Non - Ferrous welded joints and components to reveal surface defects. Fluorescent Emulsifier penetrant can also be used to reveal surface defects on the welded joint using Ultraviolet Ray.

Zyglo Ultraviolet Ray

MAGNAFLUX: Fluorescent emulsifier penetrant in Aerosol container can be used to spray on the Surface of the finished Aerospace components, Turbine blades, Turbo engine parts to detect the Surface Cracks. Post emulsifiable penetrant with emulsifier as penetrant remover can also be used while bulk Turbine blades are to be inspected by dipping method.ZYGLO METHOD is used specially for Aerospace components,Turbine blades and Aluminum parts.It can detect surface cracks and display images in High Definition through Ultraviolet ray.

  1. The company has successfully completed Radiographic inspection of 22 Petroleum Oil storage Tank and 2 Ammonia Tanks at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals , Mangalore during 1998 to 2000.

  2. The company has successfully completed Radiographic / Ultrasonic inspection of 500 meters length Twin-penstock pipeline weld joints for 2x10MW Kabini power project at Mysore, during 2001-2003.

  3. The company has undertaken Radiographic inspection of spiral casing weld joints diameter varying from 1500 mm to 7500 mm at Soma sheela Mini hydro power project, Nellur Dist,during 2004

  4. The company has successfully completed Radiographic / Ultrasonic inspection of penstock pipeline weld joints diameter from 2900 mm to 7000 mm, length of 2000 Meters for 3x7.5 MW Varahi mini hydro power project, Kundapura Dist, during, 2004 to 2005

  5. Completed Radiographic / Magnetic Particle inspection of 12 Nos fabricated gates. Length of 13 meters x 8 meters Height, at Jindal power project, Raigarh, Chatisgarh State, during 2006 to 2007

  6. Undertaken Radiographic / Ultrasonic inspection of 5000 mm Dia penstock pipeline weld joint of 500 meters length for 10 MW mini hydro power project at Jog falls, Karnataka, during 2006-2007.

  9. Completed Tunga Upper Line Hydro Power Project, Ultrasonic Inspection of 5000mm and 6500 mm Dia Pipeline weld joints, Crane Girder weld joints at Gajanur Village Shimoga, Karnataka State. Total Length of weld joints are 4000 Meters length. Project Completed During 2011 – 2012.

  10. Completed Ultrasonic Inspection of Spiral Casing Weld Joints of 450 Meters Weld Length at Tunga Upper Line Hydro Power Project during 2012 at Gajanur Village Shimoga dist.

  11. Completed X-Ray Inspection for SF-6 Gas Filled Gas Insulator Switch Gear for 400 MV Power Sub-Station at Bidadi, Bangalore Dist During 2012.

  12. Completed Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement Inspection at 4.5 MW Charmadi Mini Hydro Power Project Pipeline having Diameter 2100 MM and a Length of 830 Meters, during 2012.

  13. Completed Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement Inspection at 6 MW Aniyur Mini Hydro Power Project Pipeline having Diameter 2100 MM and a Length of 480 Meters, during 2012.

  18. Completed Radiographic Inspection of 10 Gas pipeline weld joint .The diameter of the pipe is 10” at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Plant during 2014.

  19. Completed Ultrasonic testing of 10 MW KPCL-Unit-4 Draft tube pipeline weld joint of 120 meters Length during 2015.

  20. Completed X-Ray inspection of 8” Dia Gas pipeline of 96 weld joints at Indian Oil Corporation Plant field during 2015.

  21. Completed Ultrasonic testing of Twin water pipeline of 900 meter length at Krishna Jalanighar Project During 2016.

  22. Completed Ultrasonic testing of 2 meter length Piston Rods of 400 Nos. at JCB Plant During 2016.

  23. Completed Ultrasonic testing of 850 meters length water pipeline weld joints for G.Shankar Project during 2017.
